Rally Forms Page
These forms can be printed off and written on by hand by using the PDF version or saved to your computer and then typed on by using the Microsoft Office version. If you don't have Microsoft Office installed on your PC / laptop here is a link to a free equivalent of Microsoft Office, which will enable you to read and edit the documents once the program has been installed on your device.
To print them off to write on them by hand do the following (PDF version): move the cursor to the form you want to print off. Left mouse click on the form, from the new window that opens select the ‘Open with’ option, when the document opens print it off as you would do normally.
To use the form on your PC do the following (Microsoft Office version): move the cursor to the form you want to save. Left mouse click on the form, from the new window that opens select the ‘Save File’ option, select ‘Ok’ (*note where you save the document* suggest your Desktop). Minimise the web site (the - symbol top right hand corner of the screen). You can now amend the document and save the changes on your PC.

Don't forget to send an SAE, and write the rally number on the back of the cheque. If you are including payment for a friend(s) please list their names on the back of the cheque. Thank you.
Cheshire Centre Rally Officer Forms
Rally Officers’ Gift 2026
For the 2026 rally season, the standard Rally Officers’ gift will be a set of three tea towels featuring the Cheshire Centre crest.
If you would prefer to present something different at your rally, you can choose from one of the following alternatives:
- Celebration engraved pint glass
- Set of four coasters
- A5 Rally Book cover
If you would like to select one of these alternative gifts, please let the Gift Officer know at least 4 weeks before your rally so arrangements can be made.
Just drop them an email at rogifts@cheshirecentre.co.uk and they will sort the rest.
Rally Officers running rallies for the Cheshire Centre can now request funding to be used for additional entertainment for children on centre rallies where there is an unexpected influx of bookings with children. Requests will be looked at by the committee on a case by case basis dependant on the activity planned, costs and the number of children on the rally.
Please complete the below form at least 6 weeks prior to your rally.
